- Is it possible to order reports from Drewry and pay via bank transfer or cheque?
- YES, email your full company address (including VAT number) to: orders@drewry.co.uk and we will issue you with a pro-forma invoice (to include all our bank details) enabling you to settle this invoice via bank transfer or cheque.
- The prices listed on your website, what currency is this?
- All prices listed on our website are in £ sterling GBP.
- Subscription prices: are the rates listed per issue or does the price cover a period?
- All subscription prices listed are for a duration of one year. So the price shown includes all 4 issues for the quarterly reports, all 12 issues for the monthly reports and all 6 issues for the bi-monthly reports.
- Is it possible to start a subscription at a forthcoming issue or past issue instead of entering in to a year at the release currently shown?
- YES, please email your exact requirements to: orders@drewry.co.uk
- Is it possible to order a subscription archive?
- YES, please email your requirements to: orders@drewry.co.uk
- Is it possible to order reports from Drewry and pay in $US Dollars or € Euros?
- YES, email your full company address (including VAT number) to: orders@drewry.co.uk and we will issue you with a pro-forma invoice (to include all our bank details) enabling you to settle this invoice via $ Dollar OR € Euros bank transfer or cheque.
- After I place an order online, how quickly can I download the actual report?
- Immediately, this is part of the online ordering process, so you will be directed to your My DREWRY account where you can download a PDF file of the document.
- What is a PDF file what is this?
- "PDF" stands for "portable document format" and is the abbreviation used by Adobe to refer to files that can be read using their freely available Acrobat Reader software - which can normally be downloaded free from www.adobe.com.
- What is the difference between "Electronic (PDF)" and "Printed & PDF" options offered by Drewry?
- Drewry reports are either available in "Electronic (PDF)" format ie. the file can be downloaded from our website. With the "Printed & PDF" option, as well as receiving the report electronically, you will receive a hard copy of the document which will be posted to you using the UK/Airmail mail service.
- If I purchase an Electronic (PDF) will I be able to print the file?
- YES.
- How do I access the Electronic (PDF) part of my order?
- You will be issued with a username (your email address) and password. You will then login to our website and in your 'My Drewry' account there is a section 'My Orders' and 'My Subscriptions'; from which you can download the file to your desktop.
- Once I purchase a report, how many times can I download it?
- We allow you to download it once.
- Once I take out a subscription how may times can I access my account and download issues to which I have subscribed to?
- You can access your account anytime and download issues in your account as many times as you like.
- Once I take out a subscription how may people can have access to the account ?
- Subscription rates are based on one user and are setup to allow one login. Extra logins to the account can be arranged and licensed at an additional cost; please email your requirements to: orders@drewry.co.uk and we will implement this for you.
- When I subscribe to a Drewry report, how will I know when a new issue is available to download?
- Every time a new issue is published and uploaded to our website, we alert all subscribers via email that it is available in your account to access.
- I had problems downloading the report I ordered; now when I go back to the report in 'My Drewry' account, it says that I already downloaded it and it doesn't allow me to download it again?
- Please contact enquiries@drewry.co.uk and explain this. We will reopen your order and assist you further to make sure you get a copy of this file.
- I have forgotten my password?
- Please follow this link: http://www.drewry.co.uk/forgot_password.php. Fill in your username/email address and it will be emailed to you.
- I would like to change my password or username
- Tho change your password please email enquiries@drewry.co.uk. To change your username please login to your 'My Drewry' account; you can then edit your email address accordingly which is your username.
- How much does it cost to register with Drewry?
- You can register a profile (email address/company details) via our website for FREE. This unlocks articles/presentations/news items that general visitors to the site cannot see. Once you have a profile, you can then use this to purchase one-off publications or take out subscriptions to specific market sector reports.
- I see an old report published on your website, do you have an updated version?
- Some of Drewry’s reports are 'special' one off editions; the latest version available is the one that is listed.
- I purchased a Drewry report in the past and would like to purchase an update, but I can only find the one I already have listed on your website?
- Unfortunately this is the latest edition available, however we may be able to provide you with some updated data. Please send your specific requirements (ie the exact section/pages/chapter/table etc) to enquiries@drewry.co.uk and we will let you know what we have available and whether we can provide you with any updated information.
- I have found an interesting report listed on your website, however it doesn't match my requirements exactly?
- Drewry may be able to provide you with a bespoke report; please email your exact requirements to enquiries@drewry.co.uk. As we are able to undertake projects on a consultancy basis, a specialised consultant will be in touch to discus what is possible and the time/cost involved.
- I have found a report on your website but am still not sure whether it includes the information I am looking for?
- The full contents pages for each report is detailed on our website. Please check through the contents pages first if you are still unsure please call our office: +44 (0) 20 7538 0191 and ask to speak to a consultant to discuss the content in more detail.
- Do you have any offices based in my country?
- Drewry has many consultants in different parts of the world (including offices in Singapore/India). Our head office is in London; please contact us there.
- I have purchased a report and have some questions?

- I am having problems logging in; the website will not recognise my username and password?
- The system is case sensitive; please ensure you are entering your username/password correctly.
