Tom joined Drewry in 2006 working from London and Singapore as a shipping and port consultant. After a career in the industry he re-joined in 2018 to lead the company’s car carrier research and advisory.
Tom has extensive research and consultancy experience in the maritime sector having participated in projects across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas and the Middle East. His work centres on the bulk and general cargo markets, with a particular focus on the car carrier sector.

Subsequently he joined Royal HaskoningDHV, a major engineering firm as a Principal Consultant as part of their transaction advisory team.
His strength lies in combining his broad knowledge of markets, technical, commercial, operational and financial aspects of ports, shipping and logistics to provide clients with fully integrated advisory.
