Fairness opinion, loan agreement

Client: US listed shipping company

Drewry was engaged by the Board of a US listed shipping company to provide a “Fairness Opinion” in relation to a loan agreement from a major shareholder. In order to make a determination of whether the loan agreement was fair to all shareholders, Drewry Maritime Financial Research carried out due diligence on the loan agreement and performed comprehensive analysis of comparable transactions in the industry.
