Drewry was commissioned to provide an understanding of the Caspian offshore markets and review the existing market conditions in the region of operations. It assessed the strategic overview of the company structure and organization; coupled with historic record of contracts and client relationship of the company. Drewry benchmarked company’s operations with the industry norms for evaluation of the services in view of the owned OSV fleet and prepared an entry strategy of the company for West Africa.
