Drewry conducted an independent market assessment of dry bulk, containers and liquid bulk and undertook vessel valuation (charter free and charter attached) of the target company’s entire fleet, conducted technical due diligence of the vessels based on class records and also conducted counter-party risk assessment in order to assess the sustainability of leasing company’s earning potential.
