Drewry was appointed to build a market entry strategy for potential new car carrier shipping line to enter this market, primarily targeting the Chinese exports market, whilst also serving global trade routes. This strategy assignment involved two steps – the first was to identify which trade routes would be attractive to serve for a new car carrier in terms of demand, and forecasting future demand, and the second considered car carrier competition and exploring different options for market entry.
