Charter attached valuations of VLOCs

Drewry completes charter attached valuations of Very Large Ore Carriers (VLOC) for this client on a regular basis. In this transaction, the vessel was sold with an attached time charter contract. Drewry completed a detailed examination of the charter contract together with charter rates, charter duration and operating expenses of the vessels to arrive at the most robust value of the vessel at that time.
