Chantal McRoberts

Profile

Chantal started her career in the container shipping market. She first held operational roles at P&ONedlloyd, moving into marketing and subsequently Trade Management for Med-Asia Trade.

In 2004 she moved to APL to head the Europe – Asia Trade, focused on vessel optimisation and yield analysis, with budget responsibilities. Following on from this Chantal relocated to Sweden and managed the foreign feeder network for Scandinavia and the Baltic for Maersk Line.

In 2007 Chantal started her career in consultancy and was a maritime consultant for Moffatt and Nichol, focused on ports advisory and due diligence. She was the project manager for a number of large transactions and managed the commercial and technical inputs on behalf of M&N. In 2011 Chantal joined URS, within the business transaction teams leading a number of maritime related projects within Europe.

In 2013 Chantal moved to Drewry to work within the Maritime Advisory team undertaking and managing a wide range of consulting assignments in the port and ferry transaction and due diligence space. In April 2021 Chantal moved to lead the Advisory team for Supply Chains. In this role she is focused on providing procurement solutions to Shippers. These range from strategy, bid advice, contract gap analysis and origin management.
