Container port tariff benchmarking

Client: Taiwan International Ports Corporation Company ,Ltd (“TIPC”)

TIPC is a national enterprise and administers four subsidiary organizations of the Port of Keelung, Port of Taichung, Port of Kaohsiung, and Port of Hualien in Taiwan. To improve competitiveness, client engaged Drewry to conduct a benchmarking exercise for container port tariffs among three major coastal hub ports in Far East including Hong Kong, Xiamen and Busan.
