Cath has delivered cost reductions and improved efficiencies through developing, implementing and leading all aspects of tender processes/running bid events with Logistic Service Providers, and developed, implemented and managed standardisation of Carrier and Service provider contracts, ensuring alignment of cost and service objectives. In her role as Efficient Consumer Response Lead she built effective relationships with retailers and wholesalers at Heinz.

She now supports Drewry clients with ocean freight benchmarking and procurement strategy and best practice, and is deeply involved in Drewry’s Benchmarking Club, a closed user group exclusively for shippers seeking to confidentially compare the contract rates they secure against their peers.
