Buy side due diligence for a global cruise terminal operator

Client: Confidential

The client was evaluating an investment opportunity with a view to taking an equity stake in a global cruise terminal operator and engaged Drewry to conduct a commercial due diligence exercise that would outline the dynamics of the cruise terminal market and provide an overview of the vendor’s portfolio and a forecast of volume and revenue at each cruise facility in the portfolio. The client also asked Drewry to carry out a technical assessment that would include an OPEX review covering a mix of maintenance and terminal operations.
