Drewry was the commercial and technical advisor to PIP/Caledon for the buy side due diligence for the UK ferry operator, Red Funnel. Drewry’s role encompassed analysis of market dynamics, competition, drivers of demand and detailed passenger and vehicle volume and revenue forecasts. Drewry also conducted the vessel due diligence, and oversaw the landside technical assessment. Drewry’s client acquired the asset in June 2017
