Container terminal advisory project

Client Objective

The client requested the assistance of Drewry acting as an advisor for their interest in a potential container terminal. 

Drewry Approach

Drewry consultants worked alongside the client team to achieve the following:

• Project coordination;
• Assistance with drafting project documentation;
• Assistance with developing a financial analysis model.

Results Achieved

Drewry completed the study and presented the resulting findings to the client working team. The following was completed over the course of the project:

• Close working with the client and various stakeholders throughout to ensure alignment the objectives and requirements;
• Assisting the client with drafting project documentation covering operational, technical and financial aspects;
• Assisting the client in building a financial model to help analyse various scenarios.
