Due Diligence of dry bulk shipping company

Drewry was appointed to assess the company’s vessel acquisition plan including shipbuilding contracts. The due diligence also covered the company’s operations, policies, procedures and management systems for compliance with regulatory requirements, EU environmental standards and international (including IMO, MARPOL and SOLAS) standards of maritime safety and environment protection. Moreover, charter arrangements were reviewed in terms of environmental, social, and health and safety provisions.
