Ethylene Shipping Market Study and General Assessment

Client: China ’SOE’ Shipping Corporation

The client planned to invest and build an ethylene fleet for time charter operation in ethylene/ethane shipping market by bareboat chartering five new building ethylene vessels of 17,000cbm and 22,000 cbm. Drewry was commissioned to carry out a market study and a general assessment, to evaluate the ethylene shipping market with freight and asset value outlook, as well as the Client’s investment plan and key financial assumptions.
