Market and Technical due diligence - Turkey

Client: Global Investment Bank

Tersan shipyard (Turkey) was exploring the possibility of building a third floating dock to replace the existing dock on lease in Yalova, to accommodate bigger vessels (Panamax vessels) to increase the competitive positioning. Drewry was commissioned to undertake a Market and Technical Due-Diligence study to assess the commercial and technical feasibility of the project. Drewry estimated the target market size, assessed the competitiveness, reviewed of company’s strategy in the current market structure and emerging dynamics and provided an outlook for the new floating dock.
