24 Apr 2025: Drewry’s World Container Index decreased 2% to $2,157 per 40ft container this week.

29 Apr 2025: This week we publish AIS fleet performance metrics for the Crude Tanker, Product Tanker, and Dry Bulk vessel sectors.

10 Apr 2024: Our Breakbulk Sea Transport Indices replace the previous MPV Time Charter Index and now tracks both project and general cargo vessel segments.

15 Apr 2025: Drewry’s new Intra-Asia Container Index, a weighted average of spot container freight rates, increased 11% to $668 per 40ft container in the first half of April.

22 Apr 2025: Drewry’s Global Container Port Throughput Index decreased 1.4% MoM in February, but was 8.8% higher YoY.

25 Apr 2025: In the key East-West trade lanes—Transpacific, Transatlantic, and Asia-North Europe & Med—75 sailings have been cancelled between weeks 18 (28 Apr-4 May) and 22 (26 May-1 Jun), out of a total of 718 scheduled sailings, representing a 10% cancellation rate.
